Created by extreme evolution of original environmental recordings of bird calls done at multiple wilderness locations in Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Spain, South Africa, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Peru, between 1995 and 2010. Mutated, edited, mixed, and mastered at ‘mobile messor’ (Chafarinas Islands), summer 2011. Commissioned by CosmoCaixa / Sónar Festival 2011 (Barcelona), for the program ‘Sound Aviaries’, curated by Arnau Horta.
