Inverted Estates

Burren Mount, the previous FEF release by The Cube of Unknowing, was inspired by the mysterious Galway hotel of the same name. Inverted Estates is an album of speculative fiction, that tells an alternate history of Ballinasloe, Co. Galway. Starting from the discovery of a clandestine network of tunnels under the midlands town, the album depicts a Ballinasloe steeped in Masonic lore and haunted by Rosicrucian occultism, channeling memories of imagined underground rave scenes echoing through ghost estates.
