This special compilation marks the release of 100 original albums by First Earth Records with our 101st album being an introduction to all our fantastic artists & their collaborative projects of the past decade. The foundation stone of First Earth Records was established in the meeting of the tribes in Dublin’s underground & alternative music scene circa 2011-2012. A new generation of musicians & artists found each others parallel creativity was ripe for collaboration and before the Winter Solstice of 2012 a new experiment was born in the expansive joy of the improvised music collective sun OM sun. A band who pursued the pure freedom of musical expression.
