Writing took him on a journey through life, death, love, lust, dependancies and enlightenment. After his buddy Jon Candi gave a him a bunch of throw away beats, Frankie spent the next 3 years mixing, re-recording and honing his craft trying to find the right tone and flow. The result: 10 tracks about trying to forget, remember and let go.
