The Red Room Sessions

The Red Room Sessions were recorded in 2012. It's release was delayed due to a long ensued legal battle between the Emu Tonic members and their management over royalties for their critically acclaimed debut album Apples & Deutschland. After eighteen months of unsuccessful arbitration between the parties involved the matter was brought to court. A six month court battle ensued. In light of discovering that the very existence of Emu Tonic's management was questionable and that the album had not incurred any royalties to date, the judge ruled that the band members retain all rights concerning their own music.
