Darran Nugent, Life on Planets - Thought Waves

Thought Waves' is a first-time collaboration between Galway producer Darran Nugent and Baltimore vocalist/songwriter Phill Celeste aka Life On Planets. The result is a track that beautifully encapsulates the multiplex of emotions of the lockdown consciousness voiced through the unbounded, soul-liberating medium of house music. Phil's lyrics and vocals boldly announce 'Penny for my thoughts, but them thoughts ain't free...tricky. All this thinkin'...taking energy'. His answer is a resoundingly positive one: 'breathe slow' and 'get it out of the way'.
