'Superstrate' wanders through territory and form without consulting the map too often. Undulating sound masses are inhabited by snaking refractive patterns stumbling through equilibrium. Figures are encouraged to lose their footing through loose computational arrangements, resulting in a collection of hypnotic yet decorative ambient excursions. ‘Nollaig na mBan’ tentatively harnesses a sweet emotional nostalgia while ‘Deadly Pursuit’ exercises more slow paced grit and swagger.
