My second collaboration with relaxation artist Gabrielle Kirby, Super Relaxation is in two parts: 1. Full Body Relaxation - a 17 minute programme to very gently bring the listener into a state of physical and mental quiet. 2. 'By the Sea' Meditation - a 12 minute guided visualisation, Gabrielle's soft voice lulling the listener into an even deeper state of calm. The music accompaniment for this project is 'Beyond a Thought', the entire instrumental version available on the CD 'Music to Relax'.
