Sleep by the Sea

I've spent many years out in the wild recording nature sounds. Sometimes they mix beautifully with music. And sometimes they are wonderful on their own. This particular recording of a seascape off the coast of Ireland is specially prepared to help with rest and sleep. A sound engineer once told me that the sound of the sea is the most perfect sound because it contains a myriad of frequencies, from deep bass to high treble and all the harmonics in between. And this mixture helps us to relax. This 1 hour recording is gently faded in at the start, and the fade out at the end is also carefully timed.
