Featuring a genre crossing cast of 24 musicians, 8 tracks of newly composed original music, written in March and April 2020 and recorded at home in studios around the world. Inspired by the extraordinary events that began in March when it seemed the world hunkered down and a slow burn recalibration of life began; people swept off the streets, out of each other’s lives, each other arms. Hunger Of The Skin is a collection of music to honour the power of human touch, of shared mind, stories, music and dreams, of real connection, not virtual, and real embodied joy.
