II

II is the second iteration of BO|\|E. II is the duality. It is the eternal collision of the conscious and subconscious, between what we strive to and what we are driven to do. All things cast a shadow and it is in the nexus of this casting where II dwells. It is both the light and the darkness, vitality and death. II contains an in interpretation of a piece composed by Josef Zawinul which was first preformed by Miles Davis on the album of the same name. II Is a meditation of evolving through texture. Harmonically speaking there is no movement. The only note in the piece is D (except for the D13 played on the electric piano).
