trim+ / trim-

Continuing my series of 2-track releases with the release of 2 variants of the same track - ‘trim+’ b/w ‘trim-’ There was no grand plan here. I was just listening back to various synth experiments I recorded over the past 6 months and decided to re-pitch and time-stretch the bejaysus out of them, make some loops, layer the results and add some extra synth and piano. This initial pass became ‘trim-’ (‘trim’ because one of my loops has a snipping sound which reminded me of some percussive elements in Barbara Manning’s “Lately I Keep Scissors” which was a big album for me in the 90s - still love it actually).
