Verge

A series of soundscapes to accompany the visual art installation 'Verge'. The project features Super 8 stills depicting hazy, abstracted landscape & seascape imagery. These sequences are presented in a series of static photographic grids, exploring the tension & interplay between still & moving images. The original audio spans over four hours of live, improvised recordings designed to accompany the imagery in an exhibition space. The tracks are open-ended, drifting & washed out - designed to encourage an immersive experience for the viewer & serve as a soundtrack to this deconstructed experimental film-work.
