Band of Clouds have joined forces with The Glassy Alley Orchestra to make ‘Apophenia’, an album that has been ten years in the making. Conceptually, the album plays with the idea of leaving home for the first time, and the many trials and tribulations that rise up to meet us as we chase our dreams, while the name ‘Apophenia’ was chosen to represent how we look for meaning in all the chaos; how we see faces in clouds, find magic in coincidences, and build entire mythologies from the unknown. It is not a glitch, but a beautiful feature of consciousness that connects the dots of our universe.
