For his second release APS presents five tracks of distinct moods for the dance floor. Beginning with a distinctly stripped down lo-fi techno track, “Revenge Procrastination or the Death Drive,” is followed by the title track, an energetic chugger that feels much more driving than it’s 120bpm would suggest. “Falling out on Leinestraße” and “Delayed Demands” combine dub elements, synth stabs, and original sound design, orchestrated to call to mind the equine movements of dancers as they trot to syncopated beats held together by the restraint of four-on-the-floor.
