Flønÿmph

Flønÿmph lives in a pond in the woods. One end is so shallow that when the sun is out you can see clear to the bottom. The other end is so deep the light can't reach the bottom, and those waters are tinted green. There are ripples, water skimmers, and minnows such as dace and shiners. By the shore sunfish use their fins to sweep away the muck so they can lay their eggs on clean rocks. Kingfishers soar just above the surface with dragonflies. Rills from springs feed this pond, and the water is cool as you dive down deep. Flønÿmph explores and swims, floats and dives, snacks and drinks and rests. The pond is happy when the weather is warm. Green and slender eels live in the deep under pond.
