Neurophysiology report This man presented with sudden onset right upper limb paraesthesia in December 2019. He then developed weakness of his right upper limb. On examination today he had wasting of his right 1st dorsal interosseous. Nerve conduction studies showed a severe right ulnar neuropathy. There was a marked reduction in right ulnar motor amplitude. There was an absent right ulnar sensory response. Median motor nerve conduction studies were within normal limits. The medial cutaneous nerve of the forearm sensory response was well preserved. Needle EMG showed chronic neuropathic features in a right ulnar nerve distribution only.
