ANAM | 25 mins | 1993 ‘Anam’ is a film conceived by Eamonn Doyle as a photographic journey through Ireland of the early nineties, scored by me in a 20 minute instrumental. We completed recording the music in the summer of 1993 and, as planned, it was composed and performed by myself and produced by Eamonn. It was the first recording made in the studio that later spawned the Dead Elvis label, D1 Recordings and D.E.A.F. Not only that, but believe it or not, it was crowd-funded - yes! even in the early nineties we crowd-funded by post! 25 years later I’ve remastered it, so here it is!
