Although belonging to different projects & not originally intended to be part of the same album, when I listened to these pieces together it struck me that they shared something I couldn't put my finger on... & so they found a home here. 'Theme From Alone I & II' are part of the soundtrack work I did for a short film by No Longer Reel, local filmmakers whose work can be viewed here vimeo.com/user9483551/videos/sort:date 'Alone' should be available to watch shortly. 'Lovin' The Eskimo' & 'Bird (There)' feature the words of Lisa Falzon, whose microfiction inspired me to set my favourites to music.
