No Short Cuts

Single number four of the twelve I’m releasing in 2025 I wrote this song in about ten minutes last November. As usual it’s kind of about Life and Death and all the stuff in between. I was thinking about how somebody can be gone but still very present. Sometimes even more present. That’s where the whole “Distant Star” thing came from, I always found it fascinating that a lot of the stars we see in the sky are already dead. The B-Side Shalalala is a old instrumental that I used AI to resurrect Acko April. 2025
